When will I receive my order?
Upon placing your order, the shipment date is provided. This delivery time will also be confirmed on your order confirmation. Therefore, the shipping date on the website will always match the date on the order confirmation.
How can I cancel an order with a longer delivery time?
If your order has a longer delivery time than initially indicated, you can cancel part or all of the order. Contact our Live chat service to cancel, and the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 2 working days. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Invoices are not automatically sent after payment. You can obtain an invoice in 2 ways: by logging into your account on our store’s website, where you can view your orders and download your invoice.
Returns and Refunds

Within 10 days of receiving your order, email us with your order number and reason for return. Attach photos of defective products.
Return Authorization
If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Troubleshooting
My device isn’t producing vapor
Check that your device is charged, the tank is filled, and the coil is properly installed. If using a mod, ensure the wattage is set appropriately for your coil. Burnt coils need replacement.
I’m getting a burnt taste
This typically indicates a dry or burnt coil. Make sure your tank has sufficient e-liquid and the coil is properly primed before use. Coils typically need replacement every 1-2 weeks depending on usage.
Battery isn’t holding a charge
Most rechargeable batteries have a lifespan of 300-500 charge cycles. If your battery is old, it may need replacement. Always use the correct charger and avoid overcharging.
E-liquid is leaking from my device
Check that all components are properly tightened. Overfilling tanks, damaged O-rings, or using e-liquid with incorrect VG/PG ratio for your device can cause leaking.
