Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of vape products and health regulations, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. We may offer a replacement or store credit upon review and approval.
We do not accept returns for used, opened, or tampered items, and we do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect flavor selection, or change of mind. For health and safety reasons, vape products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
